I started my freshman year at Kent State when the school opened for summer quarter after the May 4 shootings. 3 years later I was an middle school English teacher, then did my Kotter impression at Brookhaven for 6 years. We then started our family while I attended Capital’s law school. I retired from the Nationwide office of general counsel in 2012 and we moved to The Villages, Florida. Our children also are in Florida. Mary Lynn and her husband and twin boys live in Sarasota, while Dennis and his wife, daughter and son live in Oxford, Fl. We see our kids and “grands” quite frequently and feel extremely lucky to live in this piece of paradise, although pictures of beautiful snowy Ohio tug at our hearts.
